At James Jean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
